As part of your visit, you will receive a complete initial exam. Dr. Chad will answer any questions or concerns that you may have and will advise you on the treatment options that will best meet your needs. During your complimentary consultation, Dr. Chad will:

Our practice offers affordable payment plans and accepts most major credit cards and insurance plans. Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We will work with your insurance provider to make sure that your coverage meets your needs and budget.
