Visiting the orthodontist every 4–8 weeks is an important part of your orthodontic treatment. Regular checkups last between 20–45 minutes and we strive to work with your schedule to accommodate your individual needs. Most of our patients work or go to school, so we do everything we can to see as many patients before or after school hours. We reserve our midday appointments for longer visits and procedures, which leaves our afternoon and early morning hours open for regular short visits. However, part of coming to the orthodontist is that you will probably miss some school or work. Since we are committed to seeing you on time for your reserved appointments, you can always count on us to be efficient and getting you back to your normal day and activities as quickly as possible.
We understand that “life happens,” so if you are running late or need to reschedule, please let our office know and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. When you are ready to schedule your first appointment, call our practice (209) 723-6709. We very much look forward to working with you!
Visiting the Dentist During Orthodontic Treatment
Once your braces are on, it is very important that you continue to visit your family dentist once every six months for teeth cleanings and routine dental checkups. Your dentist is a key member of the team helping to make your smile look great. Dr. Chad strongly encourages you to maintain your relationship with your dentist and awards you with Rowan Rewards Tokens for doing so. If extra dental care is needed, we will be happy to coordinate with your family dentist to make sure that you are receiving the best care possible.
